Zoya True Collection

Hello my darlins :) Hope your Monday is off to a good start! I have a Spring collection from Zoya to show you today. The True collection has three shimmers and three crèmes in varying shades of spring.

This is Skylar, which is my favorite name EVER. I got a new car a few months ago, a white Subaru Impreza, and I named her Skylar! This polish is a really beautiful dusty blue filled with silver and gold shimmer flecks. This is two coats.

Next is Cho, another name I like, mostly because of my Harry Potter addiction (yay shout out to the Ravenclaws!). This is described as a yellow-toned light soft peachy beige with a hint of ultra fine silver shimmer. Honestly it's not that exciting and rather thick. Not my favorite to apply, but it's very pretty on the nail. Two coats.

This is Lotus, whom you saw the other day when I posted about Lacquistry Shredded. It is a medium smoky purple with subtle cool toned pink sparkles. This is two coats.

Bevin is next, another unusual name, that I've acutally only heard as a guy's name. This is a dusty, medium sage green with teal tones. It's different from many of the other greens out there in the "mint" range. This is also two coats.

The other creme is Farah, a beige khaki with green undertones. Very safari chic. This one is actually nicer than Cho but still on the thick side. Two coats.

And finally is Tru, a stunning red toned grape polish with lots of warm pink shimmer sparkles. I wish the shimmer was a little more pronounced when not in direct light, but I still really love it. This is two coats like the rest of them.

You can get these on www.Zoya.com and at salons and stores like Ulta for $8 each. Stay tuned for the second Spring collection, the Fleck Effect polishes.

Ozotic - #534

This is one of Ozotic's Mish Mash polishes #534. It's a multichrome holo! Pretty amazing combination if you ask me! It's a blueish purple base that flashes orangey pink and lighter purple. It's a little on the sheer side so this is three coats. It also takes a while to dry so be sure to wait a while between coats.

You can get this and other Ozotic polishes at Llarowe's online shop for $17.50 each. Have a happy weekend luvers!

Glitter Gal - 10 to Midnight

Heeeey folks! Sorry I've been so sporatic in posting these days. Such is life. I'm glad you still love me despite my inconsistencies as of late.

This is Glitter Gal's newest holographic nail polish called 10 to Midnight. It's a slightly frosty charcoal grey with that amazing rainbow linear holo. I wasn't aware it had a frost finish before I tried it and wasn't sure how it would turn out once I realized it, but it totally works. Three coats.

You can find this at Llarowe online store, who carries tons of awesome brands that are hard to get in the states. There's been a lot of buzz about more new GG colors coming soon, so I'm way pumped for that of course! Glitter is life.

Lacquistry - Shredded

I've found some cool things on Etsy, but by far the coolest item I've scored so far is this special effects top coat from Lacquistry called Shredded. Many of you might've seen me tweet a picture of this earlier this month and the response was hugely positive.

Shredded is a clear polish with black "shards". It looks kinda like black flakies! Very cool and a simple idea honestly,  I can't believe I've never seen anything like it! She does other colors too, including a breath-taking holographic shredded silver, a marine blue, and a shiny gold! I of course need them all :)

This is two "coats" of Shredded over Zoya Lotus. I put quotes around 'coats' because with chunky polishes like this I usually dab rather than coat if that makes any sense.

You can get this polish and many more cool creations on Jenna's Etsy store Lacquistry for $7.50 each.

Deborah Lippmann - Good Girl Gone Bad

HIIIII everyone :) I have moved back to Nevada, to my hometown. My Mom has been having some health issues and I decided to move back to help out. I moved the day before Christmas and am just now getting a chance to breathe haha! I have a lot of junk, and an unbelievable amount of polish.

I decided to wear this polish on New Year's day, it was a Christmas present from my Dad & Step-Mom. Good Girl Gone Bad is a re-released shade from Deborah Lippmann, it was originally released in a limited edition miniature set called "Party Like a Rockstar" in Winter of 2008. She put out a full size bottle this Holiday season along with some other colors.

Good Girl Gone Bad is a "bold, cabernet glimmer". I love the glitter in this babe. I can't quite decide whether to put it in my red drawer or my purple drawer, though it will probably end up in the purple one. I used three coats for this mani and it dries rather dull unfortunately so I used two coats of top coat, my current holy grail, Cult Nails Wicked Fast.

'Til next time, have a great New Year everyone! Wooo hooo!!
