Salutations! How has your weekend been? Today I wanted to show you a few polishes from indie brand Glam Polish. It was on my list of brands to try this year, I had heard so many good things about them. I bought these a few weeks ago so I can cross that off my list of to-do's haha. Glam Polish is based out of Australia, but they have a US location which makes shipping easy.
First is New Girl in Town, from their Hairspray collection. (Do you like that movie? I don't care for it but I like the music haha.) This is a warm coraly pink with a scattered holographic effect and glass fleck shimmer. I die over coral pinks, you know this if you're a regular reader of my blog, so picking this up was a no-brainer. Perfect, smooth formula, opaque in one coat but I used two here.
And I couldn't just buy one, so here is Frankenslime from their 2014 Halloween collection. It was released previously, but this is a revamped version. This was also an instant pick for me when I saw it, so my style! This is a bright tealy green crelly holographic with neon green and dark purple glitter. Two easy coats. Dries a teeny bit bumpy so I recommend a top coat.
I purchased these from the Glam Polish website for $11 each. They also have a lot of international stockists to that you should check out if you're in another country besides the US or Australia. They come out with new collections like ALL the time, so be sure to follow them on facebook and instagram to keep up with their releases. I just picked up two more polishes from their most recent collection and I'm hopping up and down with anticipation to receive them! Tell me what you think about these two beauties! Have you ever tried Glam Polish?
Thanks for coming by!

ILNP Neon Rosebud Swatch & Review
Hello my sweets! How are you? I've been pretty overwhelmed at work this past week, there's been a couple people out of the office so I'm doing a few more jobs than usual. So I'm pretty glad it's Friday! Today I wanted to show you a fabulous polish, another ultra chrome flakie from the boutique nail polish brand ILNP (I Love Nail Polish). I showed you one of them a few posts ago, I really loved it. This is the only other one from the collection that I picked up, but I might be going back for more!
This is Neon Rosebud, a metallic multichrome flake polish in a clear base. It shifts between bright purpley fuchsia to pink to green to gold. I layered one coat over BB Couture The Huntsman, an oxblood purpley shimmer. In direct bright light it looks mostly chromey purple with hints of the other colors around the edges.
The flakes really liven up and shift more in lower lights, the shade photo shows the goldy green edges nicely. It really is like a rosebud, with the purpley pinky petals and green leaves around the outside, aww.
Here is an indirect bright light shot, which only halfway shows its true brilliance. These polishes just really have to be seen with in person for you to understand their full fabulosity. It just glows and shifts and glistens and WOW!
I picked this up from the ILNP website for $12.50. There are thirteen flakie polishes in this collection so there are lots of color combinations to choose from. Have you picked up any of the metallic multichrome flakies that have come out, from ILNP or any other brand? If not, what are you waiting for?! Hahaha, seriously, this is a trend I can get behind.
Enjoy your day friends!

More Picks from the SuperChic Lacquer Into the Woods Collection Swatches & Review
Hi there! Sometimes I'm really indecisive with my polish purchases. Remember when I showed you my picks from the SuperChic Lacquer Into the Woods collection? Well, turns out I needed two more colors from the collection. I cannot freaking believe I didn't buy these the first time, they are SO good! I actually haven't gotten around to seeing that movie yet, hmm. Anywho, let's look at the babes I should've bought the first go around but didn't. I'm so glad I was still able to buy them, though *phew*!
First is Witches Agenda for Uberness, a stunning blue iridescent shimmer peeking out from a deep black jelly base. There are glints of holographic bits, a chromey blue flash and flake shimmer in there too! This is seriously a galaxy on your nails. I can't even describe how beautiful this is in person. I used three coats here. You could also do one layer over a dark navy or black.
And this is Bedtime Nom Noms for Mr. Wolf, that name makes me smile every time I hear it. It's got a rich brown shimmer base with lots of silver microglitter, some holographic sprinkles and pops of red shimmer bits. I really like this one too, it's unexpected and unique to my collection. I used three coats here.
These polishes are still available for purchase, along with the rest of the shades in the collection, on SuperChic Lacquer Etsy store for $10 each. I am glad I bought these, and who knows if I'll have to go back for more of them! What do you think of these two polishes? Have you tried anything from SuperChic Lacquer before?
Happy Wednesday and I hope the rest of your week is awesome!
