Claire's - Candy Shop

I suppose Deborah Lippmann could take it as a compliment that her polishes have been duplicated so often these days. Yesterday I showed you a Revlon take on one of her creations, and today it's a Claire's version of her pink glitter bomb. Candy Shop by Claire's is a dupe to Lippmann's Candy Shop. They really pulled out some creativity on this one huh? Haha. This is three coats.

You can get this at Claire's retail stores for about $5. They always have a BOGO 50% off sale on cosmetics, so be sure to take advantage of that.

  6. WOW! Ok, so I never even look at polishes at Claire's or Icing because I assume they are cheap and I'll just end up throwing them out - but WOW WOW WOW! I think I need to hunt this polish down, it's so amazing! :)

  9. It's one thing to dupe it, but the same name?? That's just plain wrong.

    The color is different than the Lippmann- a darker pink, Lippmann's is a more milky pink jelly so the glitter shows through... also Lippmann's has more smaller glitters....
    I think the Lippmann wins.

  14. I love this polish! Steph from Imperfect Paint was nice enough to send me a bottle since the closest Claire's is far enough away that I never get there. She's such a sweetie. But I digress... This is just a party in a bottle. I wore it on my toenails and couldn't stop staring at them.
