I'm not necessarily a big Nicole by OPI fan, I don't find the bottle particularly attractive and I haven't found a ton of colors that I love. When I heard that they were doing a Justin Bieber collaboration, I had to roll my eyes. I'm not a fan of his per say but I don't really care who is endorsing or whatever as long as I like the colors. I got totally on board though when I heard that the One Less Lonely Girl collection contributed to a charity called Pencils of Promise. This organization builds sustainable schools for under-served children in the developing world. In addition to educating consumers about this non-profit organization, Nicole by OPI has committed to building two such schools. That is huge, so I have to give props to this collection. Girls, good cause, good lacquer, go buy.
Gold Bigger is a metallic gold foil, on the cooler side of gold. Two coats here. Putting the letter "b" on the word "digger", which I assume is what they were emulating here with the name, is not really working out for the theme in my opinion however.
"Baby" Blue is named after my favorite (if there was one) Bieber song. This is a lovely turquoise blue crème that was even and opaque in two coats.
I'm a Belieber is a medium purple crème, acceptably opaque in two coats. Nothing really all that special about this one. I wanted to include the tag that explains the Pencils for Promise charity in the photo, which is included with each One Less Lonely Girl polish.
One Time Lime is a fabulous limey green crème that covers excellently in two coats, one of my favorites from the collection. I don't have another green like this so I was happy to acquire it.
Red-y to Runaway Love is a standard red crème. This was nice to apply and opaque though. I do love crèmes that are not too thick and are greatly pigmented, but I have to admit I would've liked to see more finish variety in this collection.
Make U Smile is a silver glitter with different size pieces. I don't usually pick up glitter topcoats like this but for what it is, it's really nice. Very shiny. This is two coats over Red-y to Runaway Love.
I've Got Bieber Fever is my favorite out of the polishes, it's a glowy dark purple with a lit-from-within purple, red, and blue shimmer. Love! I think this color has been done before, but I don't have it haha so I don't mind. This is two coats.
Last is My Lifesaver, a blue-green creme. *sigh* Don't get me wrong, I sincerely love this polish. It's beautiful. And someone who doesn't have a million other polishes that looks like this will love it. But I do have a million other polishes that look like it. So I'm not exactly jumping out of my knickers happy about it. But like I said, it's beautiful. Two coats.
All in all, these polishes performed remarkably well and are worth their salt. And as I mentioned before, if you weren't paying attention, a portion of the proceeds from this collection go to charity. If I could give them a grade it would be an A.
