Illamasqua's polish bottles are one of my favorite designs, I don't know why but I love square polish bottles the most. I am excited to see what new colors the brand comes out with next, their newest collection is advertising colors that seem to be re-promotes (meaning they have been put out previously). ReplyDeleteNice gift! Nice sister! I normally am not into these ranges of pinks. I got saturated with them I think in high school (I am lots older than most of you all)...when there was a ton of pink frosts out there and we wore white (almost)lipsticks! For those lemming this shade, you can make a close second to it by using any close shade pink and then overlaying it with Essie's Kisses & Bisses that gives the flash of pink/blue/lavender but not in a frost look - just a 'it's in the polish look' vs. an overlay look. Really a good general overlay to add to any collection. Woks on a wide range of shades. I keep a back up bottle of it!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty pink. I love the shimmer that's so subtle in this. My girlfriend just found me a new shower curtain. It's so darn girly. It's this shade of pink & white stripes. It has French phrases such as Tres Femme, Tres Luxe, etc. Bottle of perfume, powder and pink bows and pink little fluffy feathers. I just had to tell you since this polish would look nice in my bathroom on a silver tray.
