Here are the next two lacquers in Serena Williams' and OPI's collaboration Glam Slam!, a duo pack that includes a glitter polish, Spark de Triomphe and a new shatter, this time in white. This release coincides with the tennis French Open.
Spark de Triomphe is a beautiful polish named after a famous and historic landmark in France, the Arc de Triomphe. It is a mix of gilt silver glitter with bright champagne gold glitter. There are two different sizes of bling in it and the result is truly magnificent. This polish is AMAZING, a definite must have! Three coats.

I was a little hesitant to put the White Shatter over such a gorgeous polish, the shine, the glamour, oh my! But of course my curiosity got the better of me and I took a chance. I layered on White Shatter over the dry polish and voila, crackle shatter and shake! I was afraid the white wouldn't perform as well as the black (like some other brand's colored crackles...ahem) but it did just as well I think! Snazzy and fun, I really like how this turned out. It may be my favorite shatter mani to date.

I'm wondering how Spark de Triomphe looks over black!
ReplyDeleteSpark de Triomphe is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI still prefer it without the shatter but it's still very, very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI really like the sparkle undercoats with these shatter polishes. Also love all that glitter.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletereally love Spark de Triomphe but i don't like the white shatter. i have a thing against white shattering polishes. hahaha
ReplyDeleteI seldom fall for silver polishes but Spark de Triomphe was glorious!
ReplyDeleteI have some shoes like Spark de Triomphe... It looks prettier on the nail than in the bottle. Love that :)
ReplyDeleteMy shatter, cracked the same, I wish it cracked just a bit bigger, because I love the sparkle underneath! :)
ReplyDeleteI love this! So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI am not a shatter or crackle fan at all. But of the apps I have seen using them, this one looks really good. Funny as another blogger got it on too thick and it looked like sour cream cracked over that beautiful Arch de T! I got the 2 base shades from the new Serena duos and skipped the shatters.
